​Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding transactions.

​Order Validation & Acceptance: The receipt of an automated email confirmation does not constitute definitive acceptance of an order. Estimate Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel or decline any order if there are issues regarding stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or restricted healthcare regulations.

​Pricing & Product Accuracy: While every effort is made to maintain exact pricing and up-to-date packaging imagery, we reserve the right to amend pricing inaccuracies or update product descriptions at any stage without prior notice.

​2. Prescription & Scheduled Medicine Policy

​Because Estimate Pharmacy operates as a regulated digital health platform, the procurement of specific scheduled items is subject to strict statutory requirements.

​Valid Prescription Submission: No Schedule 3 (S3) or higher medications will be dispensed or shipped without a clear, legible prescription written by a practitioner registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

​Verification Protocols: Our dispensing pharmacists reserve the right to contact the prescribing clinician directly to verify the authenticity, dosage structure, and validity of any uploaded prescription documents before dispatching goods.

​Original Document Collection: Where required by law, the original physical copy of the prescription must be handed over to our designated courier partner or submitted to our central dispensary within the legally mandated timeframe.

​3. Shipping, Delivery, & Cold-Chain Logistics

​Medical and wellness logistics require specialized handling to maintain product efficacy and safety from our warehouse to your doorstep.

​Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery options generally range between 2 to 5 business days, depending on regional access. Express options are subject to local branch availability.

​Cold-Chain Integrity: Temperature-sensitive medications (such as insulins or specific biologicals) are packed in specialized thermal packaging. These items are strictly dispatched via dedicated cold-chain couriers to ensure the temperature profile remains uninterrupted.

​Receipt of Delivery: Scheduled medications and high-value wellness items cannot be left unattended or dropped at alternative delivery drop-boxes. They must be personally received, signed for, and verified by an adult over the age of 18 at the designated delivery address.

​4. Refund & Public Health Return Policy

​Our returns framework is governed strictly by public health and consumer protection safety acts. Once a product leaves our sterile custody, its environmental control cannot be guaranteed.

​Non-Returnable Classifications

​To prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety, the following product groups cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances once delivery is complete:

​All prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.

​All temperature-sensitive, refrigerated, or cold-chain items.

​Personal hygiene products, intimate care items, and baby feeding equipment (unless completely unsealed inside original tamper-evident packaging).

​Damaged or Erroneous Deliveries

​Notification Window: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect compared to your invoice, you must report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

​Resolution: Upon validation of photographic evidence and the original invoice, Estimate Pharmacy will arrange an immediate courier pick-up and issue a replacement or a full financial refund at zero additional cost to you.

​Eligible Returns (General Wellness & Accessories)

​For general, non-medicinal, non-hygiene retail stock (such as unopened fitness gear, wellness electronics, or beauty accessories):

​Returns must be formally logged within 7 days of delivery.

​Items must be completely unused, pristine, and in their original, unopened packaging.

​The direct shipping and logistics costs for returning these items to our main distribution center will be borne by the customer.
